I was pleasantly surprised by the added facilities in the room, such as a microwave and wine chiller, which I had not expected. The excellent breakfast made my mornings delightful. However, my room facing the front of the property was quite noisy, and I wish it had better soundproofing.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The rooms were really comfortable and clean, just like last year, and the hearty breakfast was a great touch. The service was top-notch with helpful staff eager to assist in any way. The location is ideal for exploring Liverpool, within easy walking distance to key attractions. The dining experience was lovely, and the facilities were impeccable.
